If you receive your piece and for any reason are not satisfied with it, but it is not faulty, you will have 7 days in which to let us know that you want to return your item by contacting email@example.com. You will then need to arrange return of the item to the artist within a further 7 days in its original packaging and condition. You must supply a tracking reference to us, and postage will be at your own expense. Quiirk will then refund the cost of the product, excluding the original postage and packaging.
We regret that special order and custom made items are excluded from the returns policy unless faulty.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your item, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of your item. Please include a photograph of the evidence of the damage or fault in your email.
If the artist requires the piece to be returned, quiirk requires that you return the piece to the artist using a trackable delivery company, in its original packaging. These costs however will be covered by quiirk, and refunded to you together with the refund for the product. We ask that if required, the faulty piece is returned to the artist within 14 days from the date when the piece was originally received. Quiirk will then fully refund the item, including the original postage and packaging and the return postage if applicable.
A refund will be given unless it has been agreed that a replacement product will be provided. This agreement will be made between you, quiirk and the artist and will always be confirmed in writing by email.
